ShadowSense is the new solution videowall touchscreen by Panasonicfully customisable, without compromising on performance, visibility and reliability. Aimed at the high-end retail, museum and corporate markets, the new multitouch enables the combination of different display Panasonic from 55″ into a single interactive video wall of any size. The most common configurations are 2×2, 3×1, 3×2, 4×2 or 4×3 screens. In addition, it is possible to request the installation of the touchscreen overlay frame free of charge on site from Panasonic, or arrange it at a later date for an even more customised solution.

The three 55″ display types are available at 700 cd/m2 (models VF1-SST e LFV70-SST) o 500 cd/m2 (LFV8-SST) and combine high brightness with reliable 24/7 operation. They are all equipped with a superslim framewhich guarantees a smooth final image with no perceived interruption between screens.

The ShadowSense technology, integrated in the new video wall, is based on sensors that detect the shadow of an object and identify its exact position. This technology guarantees, in the simplest configurations such as the 2×1, well 12 touch points. It is also able to automatically detect different inputs and switch between them, e.g. finger, stylus or eraser, identifying or ignoring any accidental contact.

All 55″ panels are designed for the digital signagewith inputs automatically synchronised via HDMI, DisplayPort, Digital Link and USB connections. The displays can be installed in landscape or portrait orientation.
