Manual Spring Screens with painted aluminium casing

Screens with high quality manual torsion spring rewind mechanism, with an internal device that allows the screen to descend and self-lock, so there is no need to fix the screen to the wall. The spring is also equipped with the CSR (Control Screen Return) device that ensures controlled rewinding of the screen at a moderate speed. Elegant design, a robust aluminium structure and the total absence of visible screws: attention to detail, materials used and construction quality are the common denominators. The most outstanding aspect is undoubtedly the use of Matt White canvas which, thanks to its stability and flatness, guarantees the total absence of undulations, curling and, above all, of annoying welds, even on larger formats; the black rear coating of the canvas eliminates any possible interference caused by light sources placed behind the screen.   • Epoxy powder-coated extruded aluminium casing in white RAL 9010, cross-section 85×93 mm with rounded edges, with ribs on the rear side for attaching the fixing brackets; on the underside there is a longitudinal groove with rounded edges through which the projection fabric descends
  • Internal steel curtain winding tube Ø 45 mm within which the torsion spring is housed with an internal device that allows the curtain to be lowered and self-locked approximately every 13 cm
  • Suspension brackets, supplied, for free positioning along the length of the box, made of epoxy powder-coated steel in white RAL 9010, for wall or ceiling installation, using suitable expansion plugs
  • Rounded casing end caps with sophisticated design made of robust, shockproof ABS in white colour
  • Attractive triangular drop bottom complete with white ABS end caps
  • Grip handle made of robust ABS in light grey RAL 7035
