Ligra DS, part of an international group operating in the audio-video-multimedia and software development sector, is looking for a Group IT Manager.
The candidate will work on various operating systems and platforms for the total management of the company's IT ecosystem, including security tools, system performance monitoring tools, active directory, laptop-desktop-mobile devices, user management, local area networks (LANs) and other cloud-based communication and data exchange systems, network systems and software, network hardware and protocols. Experience with databases welcome.

- Excellent project management skills, including organisation, planning, time management and prioritisation
- Knowledge of the Office 365 infrastructure and what is involved in maintaining it; ability to work in a Windows environment, for administration and maintenance of workstations
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Knowledge of the English language (minimum B2)
Responsibility:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implementing security measures
- Monitoring security certificates and corporate compliance with requirements
- Offering technical support to company staff for troubleshooting workstations
- Install and update company software and hardware as required
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or upgrading computer elements
- Development of new network and enterprise software troubleshooting strategies to reduce downtime and lower maintenance costs
- Create rational strategies to update the company's hardware and software systems whenever a new update is available
- Building and implementing plans to ensure the continuity of operation of application systems and network infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, report related proposals to management
- Working closely with other department managers to assess the growth and maintenance needs of the company's IT systems
- Supporting the planning and implementation of in-house technology development policies
- Developing digital innovation projects (Web, UC, PBX, CRM, WMS, ERP, CX, etc.)
- Supporting and coaching other corporate functions in the design and implementation of cross-cutting IT projects
- Selection and management of suppliers of IT expertise in general
