Ligra DS, a leading company in the audio-video-multimedia sector, following business expansion and growth, is looking for a new resource to join its operations department, in the role of Order & delivery specialist.

Required skills:
- Knowledge of specific documentation and their preparation, Bills of Lading, customs and foreign bills
- Use of business management and Office 365 at an advanced level
Main activities of the role:
- Entry and management of customer orders in the management system
- Issuing of transport documents and sales invoices
- Daily organisation of shipments (outbound) by managing the direct relationship with couriers and preparing the necessary documents
- Customer care activities in the area of shipments and their timely delivery
- Creation of commercial offers via the CRM platform
- Support to the sales force and sales manager
- Maintaining customer relations for the follow-up of orders
- Collaboration with other departments (logistics, administration, production) to ensure correct order processing
Preferred features
- Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools, especially Excel
- Immediate availability
At least 1 year's experience in similar roles (shipping office, operations office, order management, etc.) is required.
An open-ended contract is envisaged.
