Main activities of the role:
- Creation of commercial offers, complete with requirements and technical parameters in the field of professional Audio Video using company systems and procedures
- Managing customer interactions
- Collaboration with the sales and technical team
- Developing new sales opportunities
- Searching for information on companies and buyers in order to understand their needs
- Using the CRM platform for contract management
- Creating Reports
- Maintaining customer relations
