Description:
The Van de Graaff generator is an electrostatic machine that, by means of a moving belt, accumulates electrostatic charges on the surface of a hollow sphere placed on top of a transparent, insulated column that allows the students to clearly see how the system works.
It is supplied with a 225 mm diameter sphere that can generate approximately 150 to 200 KV.
Both manual and motorised.
Discharge sphere, electrostatic plume and electrostatic reel are included.
It is possible to adjust the distance between the two balls thanks to an articulated arm positioned on the base.
