The 'Business Simulation and Startup' course is an engaging learning experience designed to transform teachers' perspectives on education, inspiring them to integrate business simulation into their teaching.
During the course, teachers will gain awareness of the main concepts related to the world of entrepreneurship and start-ups, the most commonly used methodologies (Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, Elevator Pitch) and Gamification. Particular emphasis will be placed on the use of innovative teaching methodologies and tools, with the aim of making learning engaging and relevant for students:
- The use of the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas will provide tangible tools for developing and understanding business models, enabling lecturers to guide students through the creation of realistic start-up projects.
- Through the Elevator Pitch, teachers will acquire essential communication skills to effectively and persuasively present start-up ideas, improving students' ability to convincingly present their business ventures.
- The gaming session, through the use of the Business Game, will allow teachers to simulate the practical dynamics of business decisions and management, providing them with first-hand experience on how to integrate such engaging simulations into daily lessons.
The synergy between these tools offers a systemic approach, preparing teachers to guide students into the world of entrepreneurship with a practical and applied understanding.
