Description:
This voltage sensor measures voltage between -30 and 30 V using the highly accurate True Root Mean Square (TRMS) method. This differential sensor is capable of measuring direct and alternating voltage and has floating inputs where any number of voltage sensors can be connected without risking a short circuit. It is ideal for measuring the voltage produced by a direct or alternating current, measuring EMF and internal resistance, analysing the V-I characteristic of a conductor or light bulb or diode, analysing the electrical connection between batteries, the resistance of a cable or for studying Ohm's law. The sensor can be connected with all Einstein data loggers and is particularly suitable for physics experiments, especially related to the subject of electricity.
